Ret. Cpt Chap. Morson Livingston - CEO/Founder
has a Masters Degree in Theology, Psychology and Sociology and has been an Ordained Priest for the last 25 years. He has worked in various spheres with the most recent being a Chaplain in the US Army, Veterans Hospital and Federal Bureau of Prison.

Ret. Capt John Carland - Program Director/Treasurer 
during his years in service he gained experience in the following Coast Guard disciplines: boat operations; Marine Safety; Security operations; Military Planning; Small and Large unit command. 33 years later he retired from the Coast Guard haven risen to the rank of Captain. He has been instrumental in numerous high profile missions.

Ret. Cpt Mike Glass - Field Officer 
has a Bsc- Business and Marketing and  an MBA. He retired from the US Air Force and his passion is for the homeless,especially
homeless Veterans.
